We just bought our first home and Dan was fantastic throughout the process. We used the new Help to Buy scheme, which added some extra complexity, and Dan handled all of the conveyancing from start to finish. While Dan is no doubt an expert and great on the detailed and technical side of things, what we really valued was how available he was throughout - always happy to call and talk things through, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We recently used Dan for estate planning, including wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents for both my husband and me. Dan was warm, friendly, understanding, approachable and very responsive throughout the process. He took the time to talk us through everything clearly, answered our questions, and made what could have felt like a daunting process much easier to navigate. Our circumstances were not completely straightforward, as we wanted our documents to reflect some specific family arrangements and wishes, and Dan was happy to work through those details with us carefully. As first home buyers the whole process had me lost at times, I honestly am grateful to Dan in taking the time to explain (and sometimes re explain) each step of the process. I recently completed the purchase of my home in Blacktown, and John Daniel Adams handled my conveyancing matter from contract review through to settlement. John was professional, responsive, detail-oriented and always willing to explain the legal and settlement process clearly. During the transaction there were several complicated matters including contract amendments, settlement negotiations, deposit release concerns and title-related questions, and John handled everything carefully and professionally.
